Sonic City Festival takes place at the venue Depart in Kortrijk (Courtrai): Nelson Mandelaplein 18, 8500 Kortrijk.
If you live nearby, we suggest you take your bike to Sonic City. There are sufficient bicycle parking facilities near the festival venue.
Sonic City is a 15-minute walk from Kortrijk train station. Plan your route by train here.
You can take bus lines 40 and 60 from Kortrijk station to 'Kortrijk De Appel'. From there it is a five-minute walk to the festival venue. Plan your route by bus here.

There is paid parking at Parking P9 Kortrijk Weide (Nelson Mandelaplein 1), and in the city centre. For people with disabilities, parking spaces are provided close to the entrance.
The parking rate depends on the number of hours you are parked, this is calculated automatically when you leave the parking lot. All parking spaces are charged, on the street as well as on designated parking lots. More info on parking in Kortrijk can be found here.
Free parking: P+B Randparking Wembley (15-minute walk to Sonic City)
Sonic City takes place at Depart Kortrijk. Ramps are provided for wheelchair users and the floor of the hall is made of flat concrete. Adapted toilets are also available. There are no separate wheelchair platforms.
Attested assistance dogs are welcome at Sonic City. Please note that concerts at Sonic City can peak at over 90dB.
We provide a 2:1 ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend our events without bringing a personal assistant. Send an email to toegankelijkheid@wildewesten.be (with a copy of your European Disability Card if possible) to reserve a free ticket. Please, send an email before Wednesday November 5th.
Sonic City is eligible for UiTPAS Zuidwest. People with an UiTPAS at a reduction rate enjoy a 80% discount on the ticket price. Tickets at reduced prices are available at Ticketservice Kortrijk or send an email to toegankelijkheid@wildewesten.be. Please mention the festival you want to attend, your UiTPAS number and the number of tickets you want to purchase at the UiTPAS rate (we'll need an UiTPAS number per ticket).
