Bicycle parking

There are sufficient bicycle parking facilities near the festival venue. We encourage the use of bicycles!

Public transport

Sonic City is a 15-minute walk from Kortrijk station.

Do you prefer taking the bus?

Then you can take bus lines 6, 40 and 52 from Kortrijk station to 'Kortrijk De Appel'. From there it is a five-minute walk to the festival venue. Plan your route by bus here.

By car

There is paid parking at Parking P9 Kortrijk Weide (Nelson Mandelaplein 1). For people with disabilities, parking spaces are provided close to the entrance. Parking on this car park costs €9.5/day.

There is also parking at the edge of the center for €4/day. These car parks are about an eighteen minute walk from Départ. More info on parking in Kortrijk can be found here.

3. Accessibility

Wheelchair users

Sonic City continues at Départ Kortrijk. Ramps are provided for wheelchair users and the floor of the hall is made of flat concrete. Adapted toilets are also available.

Visual impairment

Attested assistance dogs are welcome at Sonic City. Please note that concerts at Sonic City can peak at over 90dB.

Supporters can also come along for free. Mail to toegankelijkheid@wildewesten.be to reserve a free ticket.

There is a paid cloackroom.

4. UiTPAS

Sonic City is eligible for UiTPAS. People with an UiTPAS at a reduction rate enjoy an 80% discount on the ticket price. Tickets at reduced prices are available at UiT in Kortrijk or can be booked online at toegankelijkheid@wildewesten.be. Please mention the festival you want to attend, your UiTPAS number and the number of tickets you want to purchase at the UiTPAS rate.
